Hello everyone

Are there any good free poker training sites or software that includes coaching such as post flop play and other technical aspects of the game like how to negate draining your chipstack without having a hand.

Please any information would be helpful.

There is a ton of free information online concerning poker strategy, but just like everything else, you get what you pay for.
My advice is that if your serious about poker, go ahead and pay for a membership to a training site. My recommendation is Upswing.
I am a member myself, and I understand if money is tight, it is for me too, but it is worth the investment.

Stream pros, literature, training videos, final table discussions and generally just watch the replays of the final tables at the PS

Yep, you are going to get exactly what you pay for -- which can also be less than nothing. There are tons of self-professed self-help gurus on YouTube, Twitch, blogs, etc. but who do you go with, who do you discount? In the long-run you could be doing more harm than good and actually develop some bad habits due to the mixed strategies they provide.

The best training you can have is not playing with real money that will help to give you confidence.

there are a lot of such sites, google to help you, friend. However, bear in mind that no training will not be completed without the game, and for money.

What do you guys think of apps.

I'm also searching for training resources, and was just wondering what the rest of you think of the tournament poker coach App by gamoz.

Pokerstars school has good videos that offer tips
and how the pros play. Also watch live tv tournaments
and watch the pros.

Watching streamers play is extremely helpful and just learning the 10BB push-fold charts for each position improved my game massively

The thing that helps me the most is watching players commentate themselves, youtube is abundant with so meny helpful videos. some of the players are very descriptive and they explain exactly each move they make and the reasons to do so.

It's also very fun to watch and passes the time without even noticing.
Try watching Lex veldhuis or Doug Polk - very funny!

The excellent way to learn, but better to choose vids with commentary

Hello.
I think that the CardsChat forum is the best place to study. In addition, you need to read study books and articles, watch videos.

There are many videos on YouTube about strategy on how to play a tournament, there are videos on reviewing plays, etc, will help them a lot of your game.
