Villain and I were both very deep however he was insanely deep stack relative to the field.

I think he will do it because he made a bet to the bank, and he wants to get money

Villain calls a bet of 2.4 BB
What cards does he have - ???
Then you check and he bets 2/3 of the pot on a [Kd Ts 7h] flop. There is no flush draw, what hand can he have and what make sense to bet 2/3? Well, he can do that with Kx and gutshot, open-ended straight draw... 2/3 of the pot for hands like AK,KK,1010,77 is a small bet so I don't think he can have this hands, so i put him on a straight draw AQ,AJ,QJ,89... And again, 2/3 for a hand like AQ AJ is pretty strong bet, so I give him credit for QJ and 89s in most cases for a 2/3 bet.
The turn comes a another 10 and he bets 1/2 of the pot after u check again. Well after this bet, he doesn't have AK for sure, AQ and AJ more than 99%... A 1/2 bet is smaller comparative to previous bet on the flop, so what he thinks when he is doing such a bet - you check twice flop and turn so he doesn't give u credit for a fullhouse; also if u don't have a ten he tought that you will fold there;if he had a 10, he would bet harder I think; but he still bets - for me that means that he have chances to make a better hand just in case u have a 10, so it's a QJ or a 89... Turn comes 6 and after you check again he goes all-in, well, I think he missed his open ended with QJ(because if I were him and I have 89 I'll give you a chance to bluff me on the river by checking the river in 90% of the cases with this betting scenario!).
