Hey Guys,

I thought i'd show you guys the excel document i recently made to track my results.

I just put in each game outcome and the roi, profit, and finishes update per game.

I think its really crucial to keep track of your games to see if your a winner. Also it makes you concentrate, as you will be bothered by a silly loss because you can't just forget about it. It has already helped me focus.

I'll hapily send it to anyone who requests.

Feedback apreciated.

p.s

Its only set up for 9 man sit n goes, and i cant figure out how to formulate the roi for different levels (not that there are any yet), but you could just use a different sheet for every level.

looks slick man. I suppose this is a good alternative if you don't have tracking software. Does it import automatically or do you have to load results yourself?

no sadly i have to type in each game result. Not that big of a deal though................i now have a strict rule of playing 1 table at a time until it appears i'm playing profitable. The forum advised this, after a post questioning why i wasnt a winning player.

I have a tracker for vpip and the like but not for my tornament finishes.

You are doing very well, and it looks like you are taking becoming a winning player seriously.
Well done, and good luck.

10% would be very good, especially considering the rake. 15% would be crushing, if you could maintain that over 1000 games or so. It's hard to tell what your actual ROI is, even if you have like 200 games finished it could change by 2-3% depending how you do in your next session.

That being said, it's obv going to take a while to get to ~1000 games, or even ~100 games, so in the meantime I would suggest taking time to review your play, if you have any trouble spots post them in Tournament Hand Analysis. It'd also be great for you to introduce yourself and join the other STT players in this thread: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/tournament-poker-59/ there's a lot of discussion in here about different hands, situations, etc. and you can also post your brags/beats there too.

Nice. I made one of these for my live games. Spent a bit of time with it. It's been my intention to share it with the forum, but the internet has gotten progressively worse, and I can't make zip files at work.

Since I redeploy in the very near future, I'll take the steps required to get it online once I'm back stateside.
