Upon reviewing hands I'm seeing that my only focus is if my hand matches the opening/calling/3betting ranges I roughly have written down and bouncing around in my mind, and only on some occasions am I considering my opponent before making a move. I know this is incorrect and I need to work on it. Below is a question in regards to that.

I came across a hand where I was in the HJ and it folded to me with A7o, in level 3. From the next few positions I would open this hand pretty much all the time, but I think only 1 in 1000 times I would open it from HJ with my current play and strategy.

But is this maybe a spot to consider opening, where the CO BTN and SB seem to be straight forward according to their stats, and the BB is a station? Is it still too loose for me to open here being so early in tourney, or worth a shot to try and stack the BB?

Thanks

You can always open with a 3bet and if you get reraised you can evaluate from there. I don't know what level of stakes you play at but some players will play weaker aces or simply call you. If you feel confident in the play and you have a plan of action then I would suggest sticking to it and making the plays.
