You have less 3 bb, all in from UTG with offsuited connectors in such a situation is good all in.. Since the blinds you had call other push in any case.
With 3bb effective I would be looking to shove very wide especially with a tight image and in this type structure, anything that had some decent chance when called. 10 J would be about the base of my range and I would avoid the very weakest Ax hands, push say from A4o+, A2s+ and any pair, nearly all 1 and 2 gap suited connectors.
