Do you prefer long, multiplayer tournaments? Or site & go that last less.

My favorites are the site & go. I think it's easier to build a banckroll.

I mostly play sng's because of the smaller field and the fact it takes less time.

On the other hand I always want to play the larger tournaments to win big obviously :) but it can consume a lot of time without getting in the money, there is more to chance because the middle / late stage takes a lot longer and you will be forced to shove in multiple times to go deep

SNGs for the consistent play and smaller time demands. MTT if time permits. Nothing wrong with having 2 or 3 SNGs going along side the MTT though!

Good question, SNG I play most of the time when I don't have much time during the week. In the weekend I play MTT, but sometimes I'm getting bored, so playing a few SNG next to it is fine. At the end, it is patience which gives me the problems.

sng's are fun fast to built a bank roll, if you play good poker. It all also depends what you like more or trigger your goals to be a better player.

SNGs, imo, are a good way for solid players to play profitably and consistently. If you’re talking about building a bankroll, that is where you ought to be. If you’re instead talking about having a dedicated bankroll, what to do with it, there is more potential for big wins in MTT, but large swings when you’re not cashing, whereas SNG are still likely profitable. Long MTT can be good for you if you tend to be able to keep focused for a long time and out-endure as well as outplay your opponents.

I prefer to play mostly SNG because it doesn't take as long and there is less variance. MTTs can be fun if they don't last longer than a few hours. The feeling you get when you win a MTT can't be matched by SNG.

I prefer playing MTTs because of the amount of skill, perseverance, and luck it takes to get to the top prize. The feeling of turning a small investment into a large prize is quite awesome. But... SNGs are great as you can consistently produce some income and not suffer from crazy variance compared to MTTs.

This is my favorite way to play too. The mtts require longer stamina and to be tighter, so having a turbo sng or two really helps the time go by.

Sit n go is good because it is faster, smaller field.
But MTT more prizes and takes a very long time.

Actually, I like to play them both. I also often play SNGs beside a tourney.
I played very long time more SNG than MTT also to build up my bankroll.
Meanwhile I increased my amount of MTTs also because of the CC freerolls.
But yeah, with the MTT you have the chance to cash bigger prizes. They can give your bankroll a real boost, what is also nice. Of course the SNG have a big advantage about the MTTs when you have not so much time. Especially during the week I like to play them and at the weekends more the MTTs.

I like MTTs more, turbos preferably.

SNG's are more of a grind for small payouts (and repeat) while you can hit it big if you do well in an MTT (repeating this is more fun).

Good luck to you! :D

Yes, I have a small child and MTT can only play on weekends, SNG it suits me to play in the evening after work and only in the evening.

To build a bankroll it is better ot sit and go, i personally recommend sits and go of 6 players. In the tournaments there is a lot of variance and you must have more bank to play.
That's why it is better to play sits and go and when you have a good bank, you can play tournaments.

Ditto. SNG`s alongside some MTT`s. As long as I`m playing in games that are stable then I can hunker down and patiently work my way up as I`m playing the faster paced SNG`s.

I play a mix of single-table sngs, multi-table sngs and multi-table tournaments.

I like the big ones because of the chance to win a big payday but find the sngs better for building bankroll to play the big tournaments.

Each have pros and cons but I think grinding sngs only can be rough on the brain. For me anyway I have to have a little variety.

It really depends what kind of player you are and what do u expect from the tournaments. I'm playing like 2SnG everyday + 4 MTT tables. Playing 6 tournaments per day, playing for 8-9hours and found it reall y profitable. Try it than comment me back :)
Best of luck.
