Do you play tournaments according to the money you currently have or you wait for next depostit and play same tournaments? I'm asking this question because it's boring for me to play small tournaments.

If I play in tournaments, then only small ones. I do not make deposits for a long time. I manage with the money that I win on freerolls.

I deposited when I first started but didn't manage properly and see a $100 limit for 12 months. I reached that so now I have to build up from freerolls. BRM is hard

Yes absolutely, depositing too often is discouraging.

Yesterday I won 80cents in cardschat freeroll. Today I spent the hole day playing tourneys for 10cents. Actually , when you say that you are bored, you shouldn't say like this. Because poker itself is actually a very slow process, whatever game you choose. You just need to wait and wait and to be a little bit lucky. Then you ll win

I used to play what I could afford bankroll wise, I would also play 6 tourneys at a time. That was when I first started, I would play so much that when my head hit the wall behind me I would wake up and bet.
I am much better now. lol I don't normally play more than one or two tourneys at a time and I play for what level I feel I am playing not how much money I have in the account. I never really made many deposits only the initial one so I could withdraw if the time came.
I did at one time play the real micro levels because that is what I had left after playing above not only my ability but also my bankroll. I felt it as a way to punish myself by being so irresponsible with my money.

For me it’s based on bankroll. I don’t deposit. I have slowly built myself up to $55 playing freerolls. Now I’ll play some $1-2 tournaments and if I lose a few I’ll drop down to $0.50 while still playing the CC freeroll to build back up.

If I want to play a big event I will make a deposit out of my bankroll to fund the event. I only keep a few hundred on any given site in case the site shuts down. My money stays in coinbase and I transfer over when I need it. Sounds to me like you budget your deposits? This is fine too if you don't have a bankroll.

Boring? maybe but if you don't follow it then you will be end up broke lol If you are a Rec. player then don't worry about BRM just play for fun and lose your money as often as you like BRM is for winning players...

Only deposit what you can afford to lose. Set up a budget if you are over depositing... Eventually in time after figuring out your leaks, and running good for a little bit you will be profitable and won't have to make anymore deposits.

Freerollin

I play in every tournament I get a chance to. I have been playing the crap out of the ACR 10 on demands freeroll. I have won 1 time, got 2nd 3 times, ITM a bunch, and 11th place many times too; which makes me krazy to be 1 away from cashing after 700 entrants beaten and 3 hours or more playing for that tiny reward even if you place.

I have the same situation, because I have little money, I try to win in freerolls, not always it certainly turns out, but I do everything possible to win a victory, at least the smallest. It pleases me and motivates to further the game. It's great that poker stars holds so many free tournaments!:p

I play the tournaments according to the money I have, I try to control what I invest in tournaments, sometimes when I want to play a tournament let's say important, I play freerolls to earn the money I need, I also try to play satellites to try to get tickets to important tournaments or of greater value

I never play out of my bankroll this makes me advance according not only to never go broke but also to improve my skill on the tournament given to while bigger the entry bigger will be the level of the opponents, This is my case because I want to become a Professional Poker player but if you're just having fun and get bore with micro buy-ins is just your money hehe if you have a nice steady income you can play the tournament entry you can aforts to have fun and Maybe win big who knows Goog Luck!! :D
