I created a thread not to long ago titled Baffled, it was basically a venting session as I was getting frustrated with not winning a tourney and was playing a bunch. I started reviewing all my hands and watching some twitch and youtube streams and one thing i found I was doing was I was folding my BB way to often in the later stages of tourneys when you are typically getting a sick price to see a flop barring no huge raises. So today I made it a goal to make more calls from this spot not worrying much about the 2 cards in my hand and it paid off.
I did not win or make a final table but I did cash in 2 of the 3 tourneys I entered. And there were no spots were I was a complete luck box, I did run very good but each time I got it in up to the point I busted out I was ahead with the best hand, a cpl times they didnt hold up but it was not for my tourbament life and was able to recoup. I have to say i was throwing alot of chips away by folding the BB way to often. I am sure you can get into trouble calling to much and you need to balance it but it definately was one spot that was crushing me.
