Say blinds are really low and everybody has a deep stack.

You're UTG and get dealt AKo. Do you raise and if yes how much?

Do you count in terms of % of your stack?

Typically this is based on a factor of the blinds and antes. In a tournament depending on the table and players at it I'd raise early stages anywhere from 3-5x when I raise, maybe sometimes throw a limp in for deception and the opportunity to reraise if someone behind raises.

The size of the raise is mainly influenced by the blind sizes from my point of view. The deep stack doesn't count for me in this case.

I will raise 3x the BB most of the time! If I get re-raised once then I will call and see a flop. If multiple players re-raise me I would probably fold to not lose my chip stack early to a big pair.

This question depends much on the dynamic of the table.Always raise first in and re raise and try not to exceeds 15 bb against multiple players.

I'm betting there about 4x bb and just call if someone reraise me.

If it's pre-ante, 3x-3.5x does it.

maintain your raise size to 3-5x as this helps when you want to steal with speculative hands and conceals your hand strength. for every limp before you add one BB
