Hello,

I have won satelite to The Big Bang €100.000 GTD . It's 2 days event for €100. I am micro stakes grinder and never played that high. We start with 300 bbs 20 mintes per level. What play do you recommend from beginning?

i suggest that you play like you always do - at least try. Don't allow that your buyin ruins your game, get you scared or undecisive in situations where it's on you to make sometimes tricky decisions. I see a lot of players get frozen and too tight when they hit high stake tourneys and that gets them blind out eventually sometimes. Give yourself a chance and play your regular game ;) Good luck!

is that redeemable? I would just take the money instead and play lower buy-in tournaments because it is too risky to put everything into a bag. There is always hope somewhere but lets face real: 99.99% you would lose it.

another advice: you should play until you dont feel money is the prior at that level anymore.

Play as you usually do pretend is one of your regular tournaments.

Hello radek, first of all, congratulations on the opportunity to participate in a high-level tournament.
Another important point is that I believe that the profile of players of this type of tournaments is very varied, so I suggest that you can take a look at the players at the table and take note of the way each player plays, classifying each type of player in the Tables.
On how to play this tournament, you should face the same as in any other tournament, playing more conservatively at the beginning of the tournament and develop an aggressive game and in the end be the most aggressive taking advantage of the opportunities.

So that's it, GL in the tournament and we meet at the tables !!!

Yeah I would definitely feel the table out at first and take lots of notes. I don't think you should try to play super fancy just because it's higher stakes. Understand your image and try to take advantage of it here and there. Good luck!
