A player in early position does not spare chips; this can be explained by his carelessness and large stack. The SB player looks like a real FISH. He played preflop very slowly and when all bets are made, he simply has to show something like pocket jacks and higher. Good luck!

I'm not sure I would go all in against two players (EP could have called) with TT. If it was only you and the SB player I would agree with the play entirely, but risking all of your chips in a flip (most likely) against the chip leader when you have almost 30 BBs might not be ideal. The EP player must have called a few all ins to have such a big stack so they could call you with a marginal hand and get lucky (A3 or AJ, for example).

I would call 3k raise to see flop will not reshove for 25k

you talk like 30bb is a lot of chips. Not at all, with 30bb we go all in every single time.
