I definitely don't know what I'm doing. My recent experiments suggest that in the freerolls a cbet is a waste of time unless you hit something, as you are going to have plenty of callers anyway. In SNGs people seem to take a bit more notice.getting back to the OP, yes raise/c-betting is profitable if you know what your doing .
