So is KQ a better hand for calling an all in than Ace rag. reason being blocking KK QQ AK AQ, and i think KQ has a better chance against AA than the Ax hands

KQ have more outs, but much depends on the position of the table, stack and so on.

pre-flop AA is definitely stronger

Yes, KQ has better equity against shoving range than ace rag.

the PokerStove calculator shows that -
KQ vs AA has 16%.
Ax vs AA has 12%.
KQ vs A2-AK has a 39%
