Well after grinding it out in micro stakes and then taking my shot at the Deep Stack Tourney, I decided to check out the steps for a dollar per tier 3 win.
So far, I've been having a blast and I've made $3 so far.
You can raise every hand if you want. they all fold to a c-bet. Then when you actually pick up a hand they shove. I have been having a blast for the past 2 hours. Not a care about stacks or sizes or anything. I know real players are much different, but it is nice to run over a table just for fun.
I have agg factor of like 9 lol.
For people who are playing in public freerols, might I suggest you give this a try. I think the roi is much better. If you are playing somewhat normal poker which i haven't tonight. Once I get some chips, I call anybody's all in. I busted a guy with J2, a blast. I think out of the 10 first round tickets they give you a day, most people should be able to convert them to 2nd round tickets 7/10 8/10 if you are playing poker instead of f*ck it, I have 2 cards too.

Another question I have for experienced players, I just starting using HUD provided by carbon itself. I under it keeps track of stats and it does explain the basics of what they are. My question is how to use those stats to my advantage
Thanks to everyone here on cc, I'm just getting back into the swing of things

look on youtube for hud explanation in detail. it helps you with knowing who is aggressive and who folds to cbet often and who 3 bets a lot and much more. it can help your game just don't count on it to much I still play off feel a lot. fun steps is a very hard grind but good luck

thanks for the youtube tip.
As far as the fun steps, it's a great stress reliever. I don't have throw my lap top when someone hits a 5 outer. Plus in the 1st 2 rounds I usually get a nice stack and then start jamming with every hand whittling down the blinds. It's really a**hole poker at it's best. I'm a tight, semi-aggressive player. On these play tourneys my aggF is above 10 lol. there aren't 2 cards I don't like. it's kinda like a struggling benchwarmer in basketball playing against high school kids. Just more fun watching these play chip players get mad at shoving 40 time in a row lol. I grinded a $40 profit last week and I thought I did well but my brain hurts lol. This week, it's just fun and games till the freeroll for the big ticket.
