I am taking a poll of the most bubbles in one day. I bubbled 4 times today. I bubbled the 50k freeroll satellite came in 6th with top 5 get ticket.. I bubbled the omaha hi lo 2.20 tourney today came in 10th, then I came in 11th in the 5.50 10k 10 eat gtd tourney... I am pretty pissed because I had good stacks it is just that all the short stacks doubled and I lost key hands... Could not get blinded... Some thoughts.

Wow unlucky! Bubbling 4 times in one day is very dissapointing when you got a good stack, but it happens,
May be reviewing your hands just before the bubble and you could improve your play style : stealing blinds more in position , folding good hands when raised or reraised etc....
Hope your luck will be back !!

Bubbling one tournament might leave one frustrated for weeks or even months sometimes. But you bubbled 4 tournaments in a day ??

Now that is surely going to be tough to handle mentally. Surely you have a weakness playing at your best as you get close to the bubble. Work on that after you get over this disappointment is what would suggest. We all have our weaknesses at one or more stages - for some it's early phase, others middle, rest bubble stages and those you get all over these they struggle at final 9.

So your clearly seems to be around the bubble - maybe you tighten up. Think and analyze the hands you played yesterday as you got close to the bubble especially the ones you lost. Try to recall where you could have made a steal or a play but missed out. These are the things for you to improve upon. Good luck and do well. :icon_stud

It happens. You got to be prepared mentally..You got to embrace the variance and you will learn. Also one suggestion-during the bubble you got to be aggresive with hand like 77+AJo+KQ if not many player will try to steal the blind from you.Try this at first at 9 player SNGs and move on from there.

My thoughts (or some of them) are to focus on what it is that you're doing wrong instead of thinking you're a victim of unfortunate circumstances.
For example: you mention bubbling a satellite. I'd recommend researching some info. on playing satellites (hint survival is more important than chip accumulation) You can't win TWO tickets in one satellite & I have a weird feeling that you're the type who can't help themself once they have a decent-sized stack in a satty. Am I right?

Simply sounds like you just ran out of cards at the wrong time. Being that close means you are doing a lot of things right. Maybe you are a little to anxious at the end or passive around the bubble. Don't really know the details but I've been told to play good cards aggressively around the bubble as other players are content to get into the $$$ and back off.

I'd like to say I'm bubbling or cashing every time I play, means I'm doing something right.
