Well i havn't played a tournament for over a year because i went to cash and now making a lot more :)

well i had a go at a tourney and i got popped at the bubble, not bad coming 10th out of 130 field for someone who doesn't play tournaments at all

Oh well hurts being the last one to lose without money argh oh well got short stacked and pushed with kq suited and leader called ofc and got runner runner straight with a3. good call for him since he had ace i guess

Yeah a few days ago i bubbled in about 4/5 $3 triple up SNGs on Bovada.. Very aggravating and i will be sticking with cash games for awhile :p

Unfortunate that you bubbled in that tournament.. But you made a deep run! Maybe next time itll be different, if you ever play a tournament again :p GL next time!

bubbling always hurts it the part of tournys that makes it so damn exciting I myself love playing tournys just for this reason breaking the bubble to make it in the money.the hardest part is making sure ya play "mid tourny" correctly as not to put yourself in postion to be bubble boy/girl.cheers good poker to ya on ring or tournys

Yea, bubbling is never fun. At least you had the ability to get that deep in the first place. Personally, I hate bubbling in a tournament. I'd rather come in last than on the bubble. All that time wasted. LOL.

That sucks but only 9 paid outta 130? Thats a tough situation to be in. This will help you in the future - hopefully you'll have better luck next time.

To me, it doesn't matter if I'm the bubble boy are not. The important thing is having fun at what you do!

Bubbling can be so frustrating for sure.If it was only 130 people, maybe not as bad, as if there was 500 in it .lol.The longer I play a tournament, the more annoying a bubble finish can be.You will crack that bubble the more tournaments you play, or you will go out earlier trying to avoid that position again . Good luck!

On the bubble, you can steal the blinds. The smaller stacks will rarely call.

Pretty sure lots of people play for 'fun' & recreation (& am pretty sure he already wrote that he plays for fun).

So, if *you're not winning you shouldn't be playing?? So then 85% of the people who are playing... shouldn't be playing? I'm confused:confused:

I actually played the bubble too passive i was actually well stacked at the beginning and became slowly bullied and put myself in a bad situation and shortstacked. due to inexperience on the bubble and the tension got to me to tbh.
I waited when i was shortstacked to shove all in and KQs was the best bet but the prob here was 2 leaders called me one had Ace rag which got runner runner to win the pot. Some work together to get rid of the shorter stacks at this time.

Next time i'll be playing the bubble aggressive and no fear... Do or die and set myself up and take advantage on the weak and when the money comes i'll be high up...

Seen a lot of ppl in the past in live pub tourneys go hard in the first few hands of a final table and win money with hardly any competition... so this is what i must do take full adv of ppl tightening up

Being OK with the bubble is like being OK w/ losing. At the same time, you can't be scared to be bubble. I prefer not putting myself in that situation. When it happens, I'll dwell on it for a few hours, thinking what could have been, what to do different, etc... On to the next one.

be more aggressive in the middle of the game, better to build up so you can have a chance of winning when the bubbe bursts
Trying to survive and make the bubble when you usualy only just make back double your money isnt worth it
