I have 3 bet or 4 bet on the preflop and 50% or 100% of the pot on the postflop

preflop - 2.2BB 5.5BB POT MAX
postflop - 34% 44% 62% 120%

My bar:
Preflop: 2 - 2.2 - 2.5 - 3.5
Postflop: 33% - 50% - 75% - 100%

I play a lot of spots especially at the start of the game. I always use the min raise preflop because it allows me to play more hands and manage the size of the pot. posflop I always previlegie bet 1/4 of the pot or half the pot depending on the situation or the number of my opponents. the most important is not to change these bet according to the strength of your hand especially preflop not to give information about your game.
