Bet Sizing and Getting Value On Prime Hands

I played a stake last night. Two of the .55 on demands. I had trouble with my bet sizing on a lot of hands and I also misplayed my AA and KK by shoving preflop thus losing value. Any advice on how to improve on this issues would be appreciated.

do a standard (3x) bet on all hands you play whether AA or 27, then people can never know your true hand strength

Totally agree - also, make sure you play a variety of hands, and don't just open with premium hands. Sometimes when your opponents see that you raised with just an okay hand, they will respect you less in the future when you open with a premium hand.
