I prefer playing aggressively at first steps then I play more accurate when the stack is super big. What do you think?

The only thing about playing aggressively in the early stages is that, especially in micro rebuy tournies, a lot of players will just go all-in with anything and hope to get lucky and get a big chip lead early. Sometimes this can get you easy wins when you play good cards but playing too loose could really hurt you. I'd suggest tightening up just a bit in the early stages and then playing more aggressively in the mid and late stages so you can earn a big stack and make it deeper into the money. Also, if you play tighter early on and stay at a table for a bit your table image will be that your tight and you can steal a lot more blinds and win before showdown by being perceived to have a very tight range.

Aggressive style is a good choice. If you have a large stack in middle game, you can use people in you table on bubble and collect lot of blinds. In ITM i will play tightly on early and mid pose (top of range) and aggressive in-position. Also i will often defend my blinds (in large range). Although my game will be situative, based on information of my opponents.

If it is a micro tournament then being aggressive is always better. It's like "You make it huge from the beginning or you go home early." If it is a deep stack medium sized tourney the strategy is reverse, you play slow in the beginning but every now and then try to collect blinds of people. As the stakes keep on rising you can afford to become more aggressive depending on your position in the tournament. Other then that, if you are playing a knockout tournament, you should play in passive-aggressive style. In this types of tourneys I usually avoid to bluff a lot in the beginning to save chips, and mainly try to make value betting.
