A good cash game book author isn't going to be relevant to playing MTT's or SNG's.
Suggestions above > Harrington is the way to go imo.
IF you're mostly playing SNG's, then your best bet would be a SNG book (not Harrington's tourney books).
Collin Moshmann's SNG Strategy is a decent book.
Phil Shaw's SNG book is decent too.
Both of these are getting a bit dated but they're still decent reads (I'd sway towards the Moshmann book though if I had to pick between the two).
