It depends on the size of your stack, if less 15bb only shove, if stack more 20bb you can complete or raise, both options are correct.

It can be right to shove with them but by calling you are basically guaranteeing that you are no more than a 52% favourite and potentially in bad shape.

I agree with horizon12, it depends on stack sizes and I would like to add how tight/loose the other player is, has he been defending his blind? In that situation, I like to use the stop and go ( complete/raise, shove on flop) if stacks are shallow enough ( less then 15 m each ) it would be awefully hard for him to call off without a top hand. On average he should fold 60%+ of the time, because he will whiff the flop. And I would rather take 60%+ fold on the flop then a 52% flip preflop.

you can call with 22 with up 20bbs in nash, but most villans are not nearly that loose, if you have enough hands you can get a much better feel for their range

and remember with 22, you are either putting them on ones, or you are happy getting it in with a hand that beats nothing

I personally wouldnt do it, its not worth chancing it with such a low hand, my buddy constantly goes for the coin flip with 33 and i tell him hes an idiot. But depends a lot on what the villian has been doing also.

onlu if the blinds are high
generally with small pairs you raise in position or limp in early position or in sb,bb
dont call when you are not commited from the blinds

yes, you can even make a 3bet to make the small blind fold your bet. however i dont think shoving all in is the right option in most cases. it will depend on how deep your stack is and also you have to consider villain stack aswell . it is also important to have an idea of the frequency of villain raising on the small blind. just analyze how he plays on previous rounds especially when you were on bb and try to put him in some range. (loose or tight)

All depends on stage of tournament. On the late stage it is strong hand with good value, but in the beginning, you should fold to any bet, even for donk bet.
