Hello guys, in recent months I have faced a big problem, I would say the biggest in relation to poker and I really need help with that. My bankroll management is basically a disaster, I went to zero several times because I did not know how to administer it. So I would like to receive tips or even bankroll management plans on this topic, for example, how many buyins are needed so that I can play a certain limit? I think this is a good initial question.

Decide on what stakes you can afford to play with 100+ buy-ins.
Play.

The idea is to have a big enough bankroll to withstand the typical poker dispersion and reduce the risk of failure (risk of complete destruction). this rule is not so important for recreational players. If you play poker as a hobby, then you can always top up your bankroll to pay or their savings. And if the poker for you just fun, you do not depend entirely on wins to earn a living.
Have a sufficient bankroll to withstand the variance.
Play to the limit that your bankroll and your level of play can afford.
The most common rule of the players in the NL cash games is typically 20BI. That is, if you play $ 1 / $ 2 and buy up to 100BB, or $ 200, then you should have in your bankroll of at least $ 4,000. And if you play $ 25NL online and purchase up to 100BB, you will need at least $ 500. In other words, this rule states that at the same table you should take no more than 5% of your bankroll.

50buyins for microstakes cash, 150 for micro tourneys.

100 buyins for lowstakes cash, 300 buyins+ for tourneys.

50 buyins+ for sit and goes.

200 buyins+ for turbo sngs.

You have to be true to yourself. Honestly evaluate your skills and ITM %. For example, your ITM is 10-15%, you will not go broke as long as you invest less than 10% of your bankroll at once.
