I play often at pokerstars but I think some players are using very bad words to the other players anything to do about this.

As suggested you can turn off chat. But seriously i don't see a reason to get so bothered by it. I find it funny when that happens and i secretly wish that it keeps going on or escalating. Because usually online poker is very serious and quiet. You can not see who is at the other side, you cannot chat face to face. So it can be great fun if people start having a go at each other. That actually helps me relax a little bit. Who doesn't like to be entertained at a poker table. So my advice would be to enjoy it.
I love the chat feature!
Helps get out anger and fun to see people trash talk, all part of the game. Don't take it personal!
As others said, just disable the chat. If I get really tilted, I will just click out of it and bam, problem solved.
It is nice though to get a trash talker out and as you bust you type "GG!"
Disable their chat or use their energy against them!
The more they talk the easier it is to take em out usually
All the above can show a players tendencies too.Its your advantage if he always talk.
i also love watching the banter and name calling, only thing i dont like is people getting to friendly or to complementry makes it hard to play dirty on them.
