Started railing the tournament with something like 30 players left, when it got to the final table it was pretty much a gamble for a lot of $$$ but still, I think it was a bit minus ev to take a deal.
The pic below has chipstacks, as well as the standard payouts for the 6 players left. The blinds were something like 400k/800k
Deal was:
blaaesh - $336k
RiverIan88 - $237.5k
danish7 - $240k
valkyri3 - $254k
Eyal_A - $207k
TsubasaOO - $174k
with extra $40k for winner.
Initially, blaaesh rejected the numbers offered, as he correctly concluded that he was due more. He wanted more money but the only took an extra $1k from 3 players iirc. Thought it was very arrogant of TsubasaOO to deny giving up some money, when he was gaining the most out of the deal anyway.
Imo, blaaesh could've easily put pressure on the middle stacks as the payjumps were ridiculous. Or maybe deny the deal, wait for 1 bustout and then re-discuss numbers.
What do you guys think?
