Cash Rules Everything Around Here, it seems -- I'm still one of the suckers stabbing my ankles trying to get ahead on the tourney grind...

My goals for this month:
1. Really really really try to stay away from Turbos
2. Continue to follow Jennifear's BRM system, and cash out $400

If you haven't looked at this genius bankroll/Cashout strategy, it may be worth your while...

Run good, friends!!

Im just getting back into the poker grind, havent had much time recenlty with the long hours i work. Im hoping to put in some decent volume this month though.
I want to play at least 100 $3.50 turbo SNG's and try to move up to the $7 games as soon as possible.

Are you really so poor that you need to scrounge around forums for freeroll passwords? What a sad existance you live.

What a fun, fun start to the month, dropped like $100 on the 1st day, so tilting.

I really need to sort pokertracker out so I can review sessions. It's difficult just playing when I can't even review sessions when my confidence is falling away to check my play isn't dropping.

gutted got to the last 52 of this tournament and got this hand. I was sure i was ahead as he was a 48/8 donk. But I would like to ask if anyone thinks that the all-in is the right play or not. I dont play many MTTs

Oh, apparently I can't read HH and just make wild assumptions like you're in the CO and this is FR lol. It's been a long day lol.

In that case it depends what your aim is. If you think shoving for value will be +ev then yea do that. If you're doing it to make him fold I prefer raise to 25-30 and shove flop to give him two chances to fold.

I think I'd just see the flop. Don't mind letting go of the hand if he bets.

Had a funny hand yesterday. Should have saved it, forgot to.
Blinds were 10-20, everyone had around 2k, except me who had 4k.
UTG raises to 80, 4(!) calls. I wake up with QQ on BB, and pushes all-in.
All 5 calls, and all of them have squat.
Needingless to say I lost the hand, but I loled all the way.

Planning on playing my usual array of live tournaments for this month plus possibly adding a couple +$200 buyin ones. Salamanca Poker Room has a nice tournament the week after my birthday and there is also the Mohegan Sun last Saturday of the month one. Hoping my runbad when it gets down to 2 tables lets up this month.
