I dont know why you are calling the turn and folding to a pretty safe river card.

Ur preflop sizing is awful. He raises to 80... So u min raise to 120? That's awful in my opinion. Min re raising is retarded

I would say flatting the initial raise is ok as A10o is not a great hand to play a big pot with out of position, so keeping it small might be a better idea, still, this is not a big pot because of your min 3-bet but pretty likely the short stack is getting his chips in anyway, so a better play maybe would be to raise him all in pre to isolate and fold to a 4 bet from anyone else, I really do not understand why you folded the river though. Might have been better to fold pre if you are not prepared to play TPTK on a dry board.
