I was at WinStar last weekend playing in the $175 Deepstack tournament. Our table had the same 10 guys at it for a couple hours and we were all having a pretty good time and chatting it up some.
Well after awhile some players were knocked out and the seat to my right opened up. A white guy (i'm white too BTW) who was about in his early 60s sat down. A few hands go by and this guy gets isolated with a younger (I'd say in his late 20s) black guy who was seated 4 seats to my left.
The hand went to showdown with the older guy making a big bet on the river and then the younger guy called him. They both had the same hand and the pot was chopped. The younger guy made a statement that he knew the older guy didn't have him beat by the way the hand was played out and that is why he called.
So then out of nowhere the older guy starts trash talking the younger guy saying that the younger guy made a terrible call. He went on to say "you don't know shit about what I would have had or how I would have played it". The younger guy was like "Hey I was just making a comment on how the hand was played and it seems as if your story didn't make any sense so I called".
Older guys says, yep you got lucky there just keep playing like that and I'll have all your damn chips pretty fast...
Well, then it went on for like 5 more hands... I was sick of it and was just about to tell both of them off, but it was 1 minute to break so I just kept to myself.
First time I had ever seen that at a table....
