Anyone have any luck in multiple day tournaments?

I'm playing a few events in December and I was wondering how you guys did in any of these big events. Anything particularly different about grinding these long hours?

I heard dneg say that he sets chip goals for the end of day 1 and 2 etc.

Let me know how you did and what your experience was like, also any tips would be appreciated.
