I would possibly consider changing sites. You can't go wrong at the 'big two': Full Tilt or Pokerstars
. It won't make you a better player, and I doubt you'll find the play particularly easier but they're great for too many reasons to list here.
Can I ask how long you've been playing and at what levels? You mention that you've recently moved up to $10. Had you consistently beat lower levels over a decent sample size? If not, it's perhaps better to move back down a level or two and really learn the game from the ground up. If you have been beating, say the $5, then the jump to $10 isn't huge.
It's not a bad strategy to play loose in the early levels against tight opponents, and it's difficult to really comment in depth without looking at your game in detail, but the following sentence is perhaps a little worrying:
"i tend to play loose to bust tight players, however if i dont hit i tend to have 800 chips left by the 75/150"
This might suggest that you're spewing too many chips in search of that set, straight or flush. Playing a controlled LAG approach aggainst tight opponents is a difficult thing to pull off and if you're consistently getting to this stage of tourneys with so few chips then there is probably a leak in your game somewhere.
