Yesterday I enrolled in a tournament with 2,400 people. Accomplish 15th place, this time did not make the mistakes of my previous tournament. My goal was the final table but unfortunately the big blinds would not let me go. At the end I was forced to go all-in with KH, JH. Thanks to the forum and advice and I have a lot to improve my game.

My question is, is it a good decision to go all-in with about 8 big blinds with that hand?

it depends of structure of the game, if blinds raise fast is a good decision, but if is a slow tournament is better to wait until 6 blinds for a good hand you have time and even others can die first but in a fast tournament if you don't bet in five minutes your blinds will be eaten faster.

If it was folded to you and you was in late position i love the shove
you expect to be called light because mathematically you should be shoving a lot of hands in this spot. however if your UTG or in early you should still be waiting for key hands since most of the time somebody is going to have a hand worth calling

so just like most instances in poker your position on the table is extremely important when making the decision to shove

It was necessary to set out in more detail its position on Allyn period, the value of the stack and bb, seat at the table. Maybe you would have received an amendment to its actions.

Unless there is a pay bump and there are smaller stacks than you then no but otherwise it is a pretty standard shove from any position. With only 8 BB I would be thrilled to get it in with KJ suited.
