I'm playing primarily 3.50 turbo STT on Stars, and have about 500 tournaments stored on HEM2. I want to sit down and analyze hands and statistics to try to find holes, but I'm not 100% sure as to what the best stats to look for are. Should I look at the same stats that someone would use for cash games or are some of these skewed by the STT format (e.g. higher VPIP/PFR in late stages due to push/fold)?

I would just review your games and look for opportunities where you didn't notice an obvious tendency from your opponent and lear to notice them better.

Yeah, don't worry so much about the stats - just replay from your archives and you will start talking to yourself - "Why did I do that?", "What was I thinking?", "I should have...", "Next time..."

You'll catch more than you think just by doing this.
