Lol. I'll send in fx first to lay down a barrage of random 70s/80s songs in the form of youtube clips and then send in drunken LC and deuces for mop up duty. By that point you'll be at 900 posts and unable to stem the tide. You poor SnG guys won't stand a chance.

Anyone feel like reviewing a 6 max SNG i just played. My internet connection was a bit sketchy, forcing me to one table. I think i played it alright, but still made a heap of errors along the way. Anyways i always enjoy getting feedback/discussion going.

http://www.pokerhandreplays.com/multihands.php/id/38235

Player 2 is a huge losing fish, he is very aggro and loves to raise flops. player 3 is a good reg who i have had history with previously, he likes to 3bet small and try to use his stack against players, he just seems to have a decent understanding of the game. Player 4 is a breakeven reg, nothing to worry about, major leaks include calling too much and horrid bet sizings. Others are just randoms.

Played around 200 of these 6 max games so far, and i'm enjoying them about 1000x more than the 9 mans, more metagame, more adjusting, more loose shoves, and the games finish 15 mins quicker. Also a ton of interesting bubble situations develop.

Goals are to play at least 800 6 max games, working my bankroll to play the $13's and $25's in a few months.

Id like to know your thinking behind hand #34 You had A10 off and you 4 bet. Where you happy to get the chips in with this hand? and what about the size of your raise? can you explain your reasoning behind this, seemed quite small to me.

Also #65 you had 66 and you folded, I would normally raise this type of hand with only 3 players left and on the button. Whats the reason for the fold?

Btw, very unfortunate final hand

That particular player likes to 3bet wide against me/regs. It's becoming quite a common play to 3bet wide against regs who raise a lot in the SB. So with that said, he's raising a ton of hands he cannot continue with if i 4bet(he may even fold better than AT in this spot). So he's only shoving over with the absolute top of his range. I don't think we can really just call with the AT, and shoving would be horrible. I'm basically raising what i believe to be the best hand, and if he happens to shove i'd just fold and still have a very healthy stack.

EDIT-Just saw your questions.

No i'm not happy to get the chips in with this hand if he shoves.
Well he cannot really just call in this spot, he'd be playing a pot in position, but against a player with a very strong range with a small SPR. Min-raising looks super strong here like i want action. It also saves me chips when he decides to 5bet the top of his range. It isn't a play i'd make against a bad player, as they would likely call "becuase they have odds". But against a good player, he knows he really can't just call in that spot.

The 66 was unfortunate. I had a read that the Small blind would be shoving 70-80% on the other player, so i just opted to fold and let him do the work for me. unfornutely he decided not to shove.

I've worked out that i'm making a ton of unnessasary 'spewy' plays, when there is no reason for it. So i'm in the process of tightening my ranges somewhat. However i still stand by folding the 66 and raising the AT for reasons stated above.

I think there is one hand where i folded AT to a shove from a similar stack, then proceeded to call off the bigger stack with KJ. It should have been the opposite way around, those two are the main plays i'm really not happy with. Calling off the AT vs a similar stack is always going to be better than calling a big stack.

Hmm, April already. Looking back at March almost got in about 90 STTs. Broke about even for the month on pokerstars.

So new goals 100 STTs on Pokerstars, hopefully all 3.40s+, and get into more of a schedule for playing. Also get new battery for laptop, as its spring, even though we just got 4 inches of snow.

It was still march here in the good 'ole USA. :D
Therefore, I had to reason to be skeptical.

Don't worry, your time will come CJ.

The pitcher ruined Roy's perfect game, lol, it was good while it lasted (only three innings :p)

AQ - why the delayed c-bet opposed to a flop c-bet? did you know he had a monster? hehe. good river bet.
KTs - you seem a little deep to be making this shove, can you elaborate on this?
AT - nice min 4-bet :)
AT, on the button - can you elaborate on this shove (probably same reasoning as the KTs)?
AT/KJ - I see you already commented on this, so I'll leave it alone :)

March was godawful. I ended up in sngs I think actually, unfortunately I also played cash and mtts  There's a possibility I might be getting a stake soon, I can't comprehend how much good it'd do for me to be staked, would force me to put in huge volume and stop doing stupid shit.

Buuuuttttt, stake or no stake, it's four weeks off(ish) from uni, so 1k games a week is the minimum from tuesday onwards
