In my very limited experience that's exactly how I would have played the hand... bet sizing on the flop may have been a little excessive... but at this point I'm probably prone to results orientated thinking...

Reason I say too large is that the flop probably doesn't connect with any of the villains range unless he's got XJ so a small C-bet would probably have achieved the same (To push off hands that didn't connect...)

I think both the 3b and c-bet can be smaller

Agree on the c-bet, not the 3-bet. Super dry board and a smallish c-bet will get folds just as often as a bigger one. Bet like, 240 again.

agree with johnboy, 3 betting and c-betting that amount with that hand almost pot commits you, maybe 3x instead of 4x pre then under 1/2 pot bet on flop
