Early in a MTT fold fold fold until you catch the right cards. I have folded almost every hand during the first hour, only playing enough to keep my stack even. Sometimes that don't even work, because you may catch hands you can't fold and get beat anyway. The other day I had 13,000 chips and caught KK twice in a row and was called with A5 and A8 and both time they tripped up the low card. And that knocked me out, and I did not rebuy. Nothing can beat lucky flops. But when you have the upper hand after the flop, play it for all it's worth. I see so many players who will run their callers off with big bets. It's a wasted hand.
