errr so if you cant keep reads with 4 tabels perhaps drop some tables and go to two tables.. practice getting reads and taking notes, then move up to 4 tables again.. a hud is really helpful, but if your playing micros, and only 4tabling, its a bit of an overkill.. especially if your not playing like 500+tourneys a month.
currently im playing the 3.40 turbos on stars.. competition is soft to say the least. and in the middle stages im quite happy to stack off with top pair good kicker against a random.. if youve seen the villian do something weird, like bet a silly amount or perhaps you just see him playing far too many pots.. then its fine to get it in... but if the villian seems tight.. if hes multitabling.. you think he may be a reg.. then again, probably fine to get it in with TPTK but anything worse you can probably try pot controlling or just playing more cautiously, as he will not stack off with worse too often.. but generally its fine to just get it in more often than not at these levels.. even the "regs" are pretty bad and i expect some to get it in with worse than TPTK
so i suggest, 2 tabling for now, practice writing notes, reading opponants and then move up to 3-4 tables when you feel ready..
when im multitabling, its pretty hard to get reads and i rely on my Hud a bit i play 15 tables at once, but also.. i write a LOT of notes.. i play my 15 in one set, once all tables are finished, then i will go into the pokerstars
hand reaplyer and quickly look thorough for spots that i missed writing notes on, then all i do is double click their name and write the note, this way the games are fresh in my mind and i dont miss anything much.
