I've had medicore sucess playing both, But I would like to focus on just one. I usually two tabe 6man tables where I four table a 9 man tables, the results are about the same.

I'm curious as to what some of you regulars play and why? It seems to me that in a 6man game the players are LAG and in 9man the players are more TAG.

Both are played non-turbos.

I play STT and MTT - 6 max MTT as well - I like both, but prefer 9 player in a STT format, but like the 6 player in an MTT format, but these are much more few and far between.

I've always liked playing 6man SNG better, but I've played an equal amount of both on fulltilt. I just checked my stats on both and was a little surprised with the results.
In 6 man I'm +$64.50 with an roi of 17%
IN 9 man I'm -$40.58 with an roi of -18%.

Big difference for me. I haven't played much recently, but I have to figure out what I've been doing wrong in 9 man sng.

I usually play in the 6 man one table sngs turbo. They dont take long and if you wait for good hands you will double up and are assured of getting top 2. They are good ways to increase your bankroll. I dont like the 9 man ones because there will be too many people who limp in with low blinds and get lucky.

Always enter a pot in games with limpers with a raise or just fold. If you have position, raise the hell out of them.
