It's a freeroll. Don't expect players to be experts in how to play the game.
A couple of the hands he played aren't that terrible.
Don't be results oriented. Make the best decisions you can, accept that even your best decisions will not always win.
Not everybody understands that bad beats are part of the game, and that if bad beats didn't happen, that poker would not be profitable. If you really learn and understand that, and how it applies practically to your game, and you will have a much richer understanding of the game.
Everybody takes bad beats, we've all been there, and believe me, we've seen worse than these.
