1$ SnG with 180people-Hyper

Hello, is the strategy in Hyper or Turbo same? Or 180people with 3,5+ buy in? What is your best strategy to succes in those tournaments? Thank you for your help.

What beating hyper tournaments , necessary to know good push/fold , various range of hands to push and their equity preflop...

Knoe how to shove wide and call apropriately wide. Also know how to use effective stacks and when to make effective stack size shoves or calls.

How to play vs a varying but decent player pool the 2.5 and 3.5 rebuy 180 mans are not easy to beat now alot of players know full well how to play them so you are up against one of the reggiest fields in sngs now.

Lastly how to put in a lot of volume.

hypers are a math/icm test where deep stack is a poker test

180 man hypers would have crazy volatility so your sample size would need to be fairly large to guage how you are really playing

I learned a lot from these, so hyperturbos are like playing FT on steroids! Will try the techniques out 😊

I do not really like hypers, the range is much larger opponents, always hit something, you have to be very solid

I've played that your by before and I can tell you that it's more then anything. You just gotta push at the right time and hope that your hand holds. When the blinds increase in hyper it's insane.
