they are good as you can again, play a super high volume, its basically push and fold straight away.

If you have trouble figuring out why AJ, A-rag, KQ, KJ, K10 should be folded pre-flop on a full table....play a bunch of Super turbos and you'll see why !!!!

I played a $3.50 one and ended up winning, thanks to a bit of luck here and there. I tried another one on accident and got beat on the first hand with a slowplayed AA. Too much luck and too few chips in these super turbos. Never doing one again.

I have tried one or two. Don't like them. It seems nothing more than an ace and race type event.

I didn't get much fun out of it.

Well it's a complex strategy to them and highly recommend that you have a HUD, when playing them because its about hand reading, Power of position.

There is a very in depth website which i found. Explains every thing you need to know.

Beatable because most of the players really don't understand how to play.

I keep away from the super turbo tournies and sit-n-gos (more regs who know what they are doing) and play the super turbo satellites, then unregister for T$ (more inexperienced players looking for a quick way to qualify for a tournament, and who DON'T know what they are doing).

If you have a good super turbo strategy, and are playing against a table where over half the players do not, you are pretty much guaranteed money over the long haul.

I went through a phase where I was beating the 7-14 dollar Super Turbo's with an alarming rate of success. Then variance kicked in, and my pocket aces lost to 9 8 suited...it went downhill from there.

I don't play them anymore, but I do miss them lol...love the action.

It's probably just a heater, but the 1.50$ STSNGs are proving to be a gold mine for me. It's amazing what some people will push with PF in these. Of course, you're going to get sucked out on, but if you can steal in position and push at the right time, it's fairly easy to cash.

I have played super turbos and I believe they are mostly about luck, not skill. I do not play them with the exception of a couple cheap satellites to the Sunday Million.

Yeah I used to try the 3$ 9 man ones, and did ok at first, that sucked me in, and then i started losing.
More recently i tried the 3$ 45 man sng's, and cashed for 2nd in on one of them, ntb. Seemed you had to just get lucky early, and then try to hold on to your chips. Since that one i have played a few more and lost every singe one lol... I always get alot of chips then get a good hand and lose to some suckout crap hand, maybe you just gotta fold until the final table, from what i remeber it ended up being just like a 9 man sng at the end, almost stack wise and everything.
