Hi Poker People!!

Every time that I lost a Tournament I Ask my self if me call was good 99% of the times the answer is Of course NO.

My pair was to low, or i was out of the position, or one of the classics, i didn´t noticed the color, or even worse I did and any ways I Pay the all in because I thought the offender was bluffing.

the only way to improve is to analyze your game and learn from your mistakes if you just think that you have bad luck on that hand, try a different type of bet Poker is not for lucky people...

best regards:jd4:

You need a luck if you miss the flop and wait for draw, or hit top pair and get trips or two pairs on turn or river, but mostly betting and position are key to win hands in my humble experience. I learned a lot reading forums and articles, but mostly from my bad beats or good wins

Lesson here is be very careful with the 9-K straight. Great hand but it also just about always means that the board texture is allowing the other guy to have an A high straight.

Don't just analyze the last hand. Analyze every hand from when you started until that hand. What put you in the position to need to make that decision to begin with.

Remember Murphy's law!!!

:DRemember Murphy's law applys in online poker, I think it's because so many players chase their own tails and get rewarded for it.

For me most frustating is when I have flush and other player has full house (with his 2 preflop cards). I just ignore new cards on table go all in.

The full house is frustrating when you have a flush. When there is a pair on the board I think someone could have a full house, but when you are all in and they catch that card on the river it just is so sad. I think you need to play well and also be lucky.

Could not have said it better!

Don't just analyze the last hand. Analyze every hand from when you started until that hand. What put you in the position to need to make that decision to begin with.

This is the best advice anyone has given on this thread right here! Always analyze hands... and don't just be results oriented when you are analyzing them! The best decisions overall are not always the ones that would have won that particular hand.
