The prudent move is of course to fold if you have no history as to the type of player and his range.
What is the point in raising?
If he has AA KK then your spewing money GG
If he has AK and he overplays it and shoves you have to fold GG
If he has TT - QQ would he have raised 20x... probably not so...
Why on any sane level would you 3B?! :O
Raising is by far the most ridiculous option. (Jamming would be suicide)
Calling and folding are pretty close and completely depends on how much you know about your opponent (Don't confuse this with how much you 'THINK' you know)
Deeper stacks would definitely give more merit to flatting than folding since his range is super polarized so when you flop a set you don't have to slow play and he ain't folding very often!
