Sometimes 100%, sometimes less. :p
Seriously, I usually withdraw about 10% comparing to the entire bankroll. But you know there can be situations in life when you have to sacrifice it and build a new one from nothing.

I've only recently become a profitable player. I was breaking even at 2NL a few weeks ago and losing a few weeks before that, so I haven't had the chance to win enough to warrant withdrawing yet. I'm not planning to withdraw anything until I get to at least 10NL. After that, I'll probably withdraw a small amount of my profits (like 20%) and leave most of my winnings towards my bankroll, so that I can continue improving and never be stuck at the same level for too long.

If we play tournaments of 1$, and we have 200$ we can withdrawal 100$, because we neeed 100 buy ins for the tournaments, but if withdrawal elss is good too!

Generally speaking, it is not about how much you withdraw but rather how much should you leave in.

As bprpm (^^^) says, if you are using proper Bank Roll Management you should leave about 100 buy-ins for the stakes you normally play.

I recently withdrew my full bankroll, due too downswings and taking a break. Before that I would leave at least 100bi for the highest stake that I play. Now I am rebuilding my Bankroll I will not withdraw for a while.

I usually set aside 10% of any profit I might earn from a tournament or a ring game session.

It depends on what your goals are. Personally I withdraw everything above X because I use it to pay bills. If you are trying to move up in stakes maybe withdraw nothing. First thing to do is set a goal. That should guide you as to what you should do
