A great article and I respect Alex Fitzgerald a lot .... I think these are all good aspirations ... I don't get all of them perfectly though ... My sleep habits are horrible and I can't seem to do anything about it except take more pills, which I won't do ...... and My eating habits are much better than they ever used to be in my life but you still couldn't call me Mr health food ... The rest of the points I don't do too bad on : )
