I have no idea how well I,m doing as far as my win-loss ratio. What is a good ratio. I know you can,t win every tourny or sit-n-go, but what would be considered a good percentage of cashes? Should I cash in more games than I don,t? Or should I cash in one of every five? What do others on Cardschat consider a good win ratio?

There is only 1 thing to look at when playing poker. Whether the money is going up or going down. Who cares if you cash in 40% of tourneys but are still down money. If the bankroll is increasing, you are doing something right.

(15 to 20% is solid)

I've got absolutely no idea what my win:loss ration is because as Marginal points out, it's not really an important stat.

ROI and $/hr are the figures I pay the most attention to.

the only reason you should look at win/loss ratio is if you're playing HU sng's, because the ROI is directly related to it.
