So when I get a monster card or any good card I will call or raise. If I have AA Ak or any high card I tend to raise alot I know I shouldn't but I feel as tho i need to win the pot. Should I raise/bet or just wait for the flop.

On your question there is no definite answer how to play with AA or KK on pre flop. It is almost always worth lifting, and here on how many.... Here it is necessary to consider many factors - the position. how many players have joined the game before you as players before you have entered game, etc.
Generally all this is also in detail sorted long ago in books according to the theory of poker. It is necessary to read them carefully.

In poker, there are three reasons why we have set or raise. Firstly, a bet for value, that is, if there is a sufficient number of worse hands that will continue. Secondly, the rate of the bluff, where a sufficient number of hands will fold, which will make our bet profitable. And the third reason is to force our opponents to lose part of its equity in the pot

we bet or raise for many reason like to thin the field, to take control of a hand, bet for value and to make other opponent fold and we win without showdown.

Bids need to always improve with a good poker hand, if you just sit and wait for the card, and you can not wait will end chips.

When you get a hand like AA then we should be raising. I think we should be raising the same amount as we always do with any hand. Say you normally open raise 2.5x when we have AJs then I think we should also be raising 2.5x when we have AA. If you start making a higher raise than your normal open raise everytime you get AA, KK sort of hands then you are going to be exploitable and you wont get any value as you may as well be turning your cards face up.

If you flop an A with AA and the flop has no draws and your first to act, then I would x/c and the turn is now showing a FD or SD then I would x/r and hope they call trying to chase their draws. If you are last to act I would bet half the pot and hope someone raises so I can jam.
