Had a hand that I was on the button for A8 suited diamonds. I flopped top 2 (A86) guy jams all in with A6 and I call turning another 6. My play started to become very loose and sloppy afterwards. Any tips for dealnig with this? ended the day losing all my money I won a previous day around -700$

You can feel tilt sort of take over you at least I can, best thing to do is step away from the game for a while if you can. Obviously if it's a tournament then this is hard but focus on your breathing is a great way of getting yourself back together.
I even think there's breathing technique videos on YouTube and you would be very suprised at how breathing effects our mindset.

As soon as you see that you are playing in the tilt, immediately stop the game.

It was necessary for me today, I drained the bankroll:(

Remember that. And start over again. Everyone is wrong, but if you repeat the mistake depends only on you. Good luck:)

Tilting is a problem for everyone in varying degrees, I've now reached a point where my tilting B game is usually me just folding the next marginal hand when I might normally limp/raise, or playing good hands slightly more aggressively. Plugging your tilting leaks will be one way you become part of the 1% of people that make money at this hobby over the long haul.

I am an impulsive and comptetive type so when I get bad beats it just hit a point where I need to close the software or get off the table. I usually go for a walk and think about what happen from another point of view.

It will happen again so if you can get over it quickly, you'll be able to make good money!

Nothing you can do. You got it in good and just took a beat. It's gonna happen. Always thinking about the hands that tilt us. I'm sure you've been in the winning side of this type before. All is fair in poker.

'Bad beats' sometimes come in bunches. That's normal too, but even the most controlled of players can tilt if they take a few two-outers in a row or something. You need to understand when you're off your game.
You absolutely need to be able to deal with taking a bad beat and should be able to get on with the game, but you also need to understand how much you can take before you are no longer capable of playing your game. At that point you need to be ready to step away from the game for a time to get yourself back under control.

AGREED!

Definetly agree, once I get one bad beat, i tend to play "Loose" To recover I just take a breather, let the previous hand dissapear from memory and wait for the "Good beat" to come back! Works sometimes. and wow 700? when i win i usually withdraw in small deposits.

i was mad last night when lost 300 heads up winner take all. I quit for the day. Now playing going deep in a tourney its all relative. Playing for 700 dollar swings is kinda nutts though. Not sure if id suggest that maybe do better brm. Maybe you meant 70? but that is also a good swing.

I have rules i never lose all my money based on those rules. Refuse to break them will freeroll through a bad variance etc..

Sometimes I think the hands are biased to those with the most chips. I lost several hands because I had a few chips and won several because I had more.

A bad beat in poker is a good teacher, a worthy practice for a player. Even if lost in the hand – smile, positive, optimistic wave. After the bad bits it is advisable to miss 5-7 hands, calm down, don't try to win.

playing more tables helps me, you have less time to get riled up if you need to make a decision on an other table

Really that's a bankroll management problem. You need to set session and daily buy in/rebuy limits and stick to them no matter what. Some days you need to quit and try tomorrow.
