Its impossible to have a rule as different play different hands in different ways.

Basically if someone raises Pre flop, You can understand the player either has Pockets, A K, AQ etc or sometimes I've seen on final table replays even 5 6 suited, 9 10 suited etc.
If you called in such a case and after flop, if on board there is a A or K or Q and
your rival just checks and you raise, they fold, the probably have low pockets.
If they re raise you, they definitely hit a pair etc.

Ive seen in multiple cases, whoever raises pre flop on a table have an edge than others who just call.
Also if you are at big blind, you can call someone's raise and see the flop even if you have worse cards. You might hit a 3 of a kind somehting.

If a player raises MINIMUM after flop he has a strong pair.
If a player goes all in after Flop, many cases they dont want u to see the turn or river... so probbaly a weak hand. Thats my analysis

Good luck

Play as much as you can and you will start to recognize that in certain spots calling a flop cbet can be profitable.

I'm presuming we are talking about online poker? Unfortunately, unlike live poker games, you can't watch your opponents body language or face to try and pick up a tell. But do not despair, how you bet in poker is as much a tell as a twitching eye.

The key thing is to keep an eye on how your opponent bets when he has a strong hand and how he bets when he has a weak hand or missed the flop. You can't just assume that anyone with a strong hand will bet big. Some players try to trap often while others will stick to "normal" betting patterns.

Basically if an opponent normally makes 50% pot size bets when he has a strong hand you can assume that when he bets 50% of the pot that he indeed has a strong hand. Of course he may be semi-bluffing with AK or something similar so that's why it's important to watch the players at your table.

Often times players also make "blocking" bets. These tend to be small bets with which they try to prevent someone else from making a big bet before them. These players are almost always on a draw and are trying to see the next card cheap. If you have a strong hand do not allow this. If you are presented with a blocking bet then raise it up to 80% or more of the pot and in most cases they will fold.

Picking up betting patterns is your most valuable tool in online poker and it will take a while to master. When you do master it however you will always have an advantage. So to recap, keep your eyes open to see what cards your opponents played and how they made their bets when they had those cards. Make notes to help you keep track of their betting patterns and bluff patterns and you'll know where you stand most of the time.

Be aware though that very good players will often vary their bets deliberately in order to prevent opponents getting a read on them. Sometimes they'll bet small when they have a monster and bet big when they have nothing just to confuse the issue. Against such players take every bet seriously.

If you're not sure that you have the best hand and you can't tell if your opponent has what he says he has then assume he is telling the truth until you can get a read on him.

As a beginner you should also stick to premium opening hands in order to make post flop play easier on yourself. If you know you have the best hand on the flop it rarely matters whether your opponent has a good hand or not.

Usually if he raises or re-raises your bet on the flop he has a good hand.

But this just depends on what type of player you are playing against. If he is super aggressive then you can't really tell for sure if he has a good hand or not, but if it's rough player that doesn't bet often, if he bets on the flop or 3-bets your bet, then he must have a good hand.

It's hard to tell, there is no patter... what you can do is play as many hands possible against players to figure out their type of play, so that you can read them.

Also, if he is aggressive player and bets flop often, your best move can be re-raise his bet.. usually the dude will fold.

Any poker game requires an analysis of the actions of players in different situations, so during the game, I make notes on each opponent about his action, for this during the game, I mark the player with a color, and finish the action with the cards in hand.

you cant tell unless you make him do something like if you have good hole cards, always bet and take his reaction as a signal if he has good card. If he is a bluffer take it into consideration if you have a monster card, if not you can always fold.

One of the first things one should do just when he starts playing poker is to observe and analyze the way his opponents play, because from that analysis a game strategy is established. Every player stable a strategy of how to play their bad guys after the flop ... a symptom that my opponent has a good hand can be seen by betting my opponent after the flop, but be careful that it could also be a bluff. ..
