I have an extra monitor and hook it up to my laptop on occasion (for video games and movies). I tried it out last night and ran two tourneys with a relatively smooth transition. When did you start playing more than one table, and what's the transition for 2-4 and so on like?

Just slowly add tables as you feel comfortable and stop when either, you are struggling to concentrate or it affects your winrate.

You need to find your own happy medium being focused on the game as priority:)

Only multitable when you are sure you're a winning player (otherwise you're just losing money more quickly).

Also, with each table that you add, your winrate will drop a bit.

Just add one table at a time until you are making decisions that are rushing you too much. Then, don't add anymore. :)

start multi-tabling as many as you can, obv play your affordable level.
trying to solve any issue happened when multi-tabling.

so the answer is right now. if you are not afford to lose real money, playing several playmoney with different site like playing 5 tables of pokerstars, 8 tables of full tilt..4 tables of etc etc.

I used a month and a half to get used to the pace of 27 tables...think I can easily play a comfort zone of 17-24 tables, but that is after practice.

To me it depends what kind of tourney,

I'm not going to multi table to very fast tournaments.

I like to have a tournament open and then a small cash game on the side.
