Recently, I started to get tired of poker. I can advise those who are also tired of poker a few useful things.
Think about decisions and goals

When you play a lot � or even constantly � your brain may lack clarity. Decisions are made as if in a fog, you start to act automatically. Playing on autopilot is almost always negative. You must constantly analyze all the factors, study your opponents, and use your advantages.

Time away from the poker table will allow you to reflect on the decisions made during the game. Instead of following the desire to open a couple of new tables and win back, try to pause, clear your head and work on your mistakes. Try to improve the quality of your game and when you feel calm and confident again, go back to the grind.

Time for other aspects of your life

If you are one of those players who ride for hours every day (live or online), then you probably always do not have enough time for other activities. Taking a break from the game can give you the opportunity to focus on other hobbies or building social connections.

Spend time with your family or friends. Taking a break from poker can help you see the big picture, see the world in a new way. You will be able to reunite with your loved ones. When you leave the casino or get up from behind the monitor, you will find time to strengthen your connections with other people.

Use this time with pleasure, relax, and it will restore the right mood for future victories. When you are ready to return, you will feel that you have missed the game and want new victories.
Control your bankroll

If you have a downstreak � or you just feel uncomfortable during the game and do not enjoy it � then taking a short break will be beneficial for your bankroll. You need time to recover your form. The monotony that accompanies constant grinding makes even the most professional players lose focus and concentration. And this leads to large losses.

By continuing to grind when your concentration is broken, you are only hurting yourself. Risk a bankroll when you can't show your best game, will lead to even more losses and you will roll down. This behavior can lead you into a dangerous situation where the constant desire to win back will lead to more and more losses.

There is nothing humiliating in the fact that you want to take a break from the game. Then, when you come back, your results are likely to improve. And if you are worried that you could win a lot during the rest, then relax � the game and the big banks will not go anywhere.
I came to this conclusion
Everyone who is associated with the poker, there are difficult periods and dawnstrike. Breaks and rest from the game are necessary for everyone, not only professional players or players on micro-limits. Periodic rest from the constant stress that accompanies the game will only benefit, improve your results and quality of life in general.

When u r worried with poker, it's time to take a break. Specially when on a downswing.

In a general session, I take a break when I'm tired. Playing tired is the right way to lose money.

I take breaks from the game when I am not having fun.Its amazing how just taking 3 or 4 days off from the game can change you perspective and attitude.

When you get frustrated go take a break I definitely will go all in when I'm frustrated when you head start getting dizzy cause my defiantly does can't star at a screen but for some long I get where my head start to spin haaaa

I think you should stop whenever you feel like you're not playing your best or feeling stressed ESPECIALLY financially!
I think if you do these, you'll be okay, most people overcomplicate things, that's the issue.

I agree 100% we all have bad days and when that happens I will take a few days away from Poker and maybe study a bit more, or do something totally unrelated. I felt Christmas was a family time so never switched on my computer over the Holiday Season.
Playing when you are stressed tends to mean you make mistakes and it only compounds the stress and mistakes even more. Keep playing for the fun of the game and remember--

In a way I'm glad you worded it like that even though it's catchy & may apply to both recs & pros, I don't think as much for Pros, or maybe I'm thinking of more so the cash game player but also applies to MTTs
I think it used to be like that for me but I've found that I've changed my mental outlook regarding that & it was refreshing to see Phil Ivey & Dwan agreeing saying "winning a tournament feels like a relief" to "I don't know if it was ever fun" when asked about Poker being fun, both on their new page on the Poker king channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMH...GQFw4hrR43Tmkg

No one complicates anything on the contrary everything is very simple there is no desire to sit down to play so my game will be very bad I will lose a lot of chips
