To eliminate the chances of someone getting a full house on the turn I think it is most profitable to raise, especially if one's holding an ace.
What do you think? How would you play this situation?
What if they have a pocket pair?
Most people will call a flop bet say on a 444 board with 10 x + in hopes to pair the turn for a boat.
Theres no point in shoving on this flop, especially with air as thats just asking for trouble.
If I have AK on a 444 board and I raised pre, I will like to C bet here and perhaps the turn and see where I am at.
